The operator, the finds list, and one haul

What Lovegobuy is, what the spreadsheet is, and the first haul walked at parcel level.

A buying agent with its own warehouse

Lovegobuy is a shopping agent: you pay it to buy from Chinese platforms it can reach (Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian directly; JD, Yupoo, Xianyu, Zhuanzhuan, Xiaohongshu and Poizon through the Fill & Buy request form, article 10112), receive the goods at its warehouse in Xiamen, inspect them, and ship them onward as one or more international parcels.

The operator is Sufei International Trading Co Ltd in Hong Kong (article 10082). It publishes no founding year, so you will not find one here. Its About page claims over 1,000,000 customers across 200 countries; that is the operator's own figure (article 10103).

The spreadsheet is a shop window, not a document

The Lovegobuy Spreadsheet is a curated product wall: cards with pictures, grouped by category, each carrying the seller link an order starts from. The name is a leftover from the days when finds circulated in shared files; the thing itself scrolls like a storefront.

How to use the two together takes one line: pick on the walls, paste the link into the agent's search bar, let the warehouse pool build, then submit one parcel. Reading a finds list well is a planning act. Three picks pulled from this site's own walls show the idea: a soft filler, a rigid box, a liquid with a quota. A good shortlist already looks like a packed carton.

One account, four statuses worth watching

Orders move through named statuses you can filter: the 2024-09 interface shows 'Purchasing' selected under a progress strip of Place Orders, Quality Inspection in Warehouse, Submit Parcels, Sign Delivery. Purchases submitted 09:00 to 18:00 Beijing time are processed within 6 hours (article 10034).

The statuses that matter to a haul are the warehouse ones: every item that reaches Stocked in joins your pool of combinable finds and starts its own 60-day clock. The order list is where you notice a straggler that will miss the window.

Thinking in boxes from the first click

A first haul goes wrong in predictable ways: every find bought the same week, no attention to weight, then one oversized item quietly splits the parcel. The fix is to buy with the box in mind, which the rest of this site turns into concrete rules.

Start with the worksheet, keep the line caps open in a second tab, and let the 60-day window set your buying rhythm.

Your first order: the decisions in sequence

  1. Open the original listing. Save its link, colour, size, quantity and any instructions; check current stock and the seller’s size chart.
  2. Import it into LoveGoBuy, or ask about a manual request if import fails. Confirm the options and item plus domestic-delivery cost before paying.
  3. Watch the order for stock questions, substitutions or additional payment requests. Answer only after checking what changed.
  4. When the item is stocked, compare the QC photos with your order. Ask for a specific measurement or close-up when the default views do not answer your question.
  5. If the item is wrong or damaged, contact support about seller approval, return costs and the current deadline before shipping it internationally.
  6. Select the goods for a parcel. Choose appropriate protection and a route that accepts the contents, then review the declaration and separate international shipping quote.
  7. Keep the tracking number, watch the carrier handover and contact support with the parcel number if the last scan stops progressing. At delivery, keep the packaging and photograph damage or missing contents for any claim.
