Help channels and the glossary
Where the official answers live, the terms the community actually uses, and the questions new packers ask.
Official channels, in the order to try them
The help centre's numbered articles answer most parcel questions before a human needs to; this site cites them by number so you can jump straight in. For live issues the published channels are the Discord service ticket, the Telegram group, WhatsApp at +86 13178323850 and [email protected] (article 10082).
For a stuck route, the in-product path beats all of them: the 'View Reason' control on the greyed shipping line is wired to the actual restriction on your item (article 10088).

The glossary, parcel edition
Six terms cover most confusion. The definitions below stick to what the operator publishes, and flag the two community terms that carry no official weight at all.
- QC photos
- the free photo set the warehouse takes at stock-in; the inspection behind it covers colour, large-area damage, stains, size, model and version number, and explicitly not colour difference or exact measurements (article 10086).
- GL
- short for greenlight: community shorthand for a find that looked right in its QC photos. The operator never uses the term; treat it as an opinion, not a verdict.
- RL
- red light: the opposite call. Same caution - it is a stranger's judgement of a photo, not an inspection result.
- Stocked in
- the order status that starts every clock: 120 hours for returns (10041), 60 free storage days (10075).
- Individually packaged
- the tag the system puts on any item with a side of 90 cm or more; it cannot join a combined parcel (10089).
- Rehearsal Packing
- a paid pre-check: the warehouse packs and weighs your parcel before you submit it - 20 RMB per parcel (10098).
- Estimated billing weight
- the system's packed-weight guess when you submit; the warehouse scale decides the final figure, and overcharges come back to balance within 72 hours of dispatch (10092).
- Fill & Buy
- the request form for platforms the search box does not parse: JD, Yupoo, Xianyu, Zhuanzhuan, Xiaohongshu, Poizon (article 10112).
Questions new packers actually ask
Six frequently asked questions, each anchored to the article that governs it.
Can every find in my warehouse go into one parcel
No. Three tags force a split: a side of 90 cm or more ('individually packaged', article 10089), a mailing restriction set at inspection (10087/10090), and anything that would push the parcel into commercial territory - over 10 kg or many identical pieces (10057). Everything else can be combined freely or shipped in batches.
How long do I have before storage runs out
60 free days from the 'stored' status (article 10075). Between day 60 and 90 you can buy an extension at 10 RMB per product ID per month, and six months is the hard ceiling (10098). After the free window with no extension, items are treated as abandoned.
What does combining actually save
The operator's own example (article 10093, GD-EMS to the USA, 2024-07 rates): 700 g + 1,100 g + 1,600 g as three parcels cost 1,071 RMB; as one 3,400 g parcel, 645 RMB. The 426 RMB difference is two first-weight charges and two handling fees that never happen.
Why did my shipping bill change after I paid
The submit-time figure is an estimated billing weight. After packing, the warehouse scale (or the carrier) sets the actual billing weight: a shortfall is refunded to balance within 72 hours of dispatch, an excess raises a pending payment (article 10092).
Can I see the parcel before it ships
Two paid options exist: Rehearsal Packing (20 RMB) packs and weighs before you submit, and Parcel Photo (5 RMB) shoots the parcel before and after sealing (article 10098).
Does Lovegobuy ship replicas if I ask
No. The anti-counterfeiting policy (article 10161) bars bootlegs, fakes and IP-infringing goods outright, and the receipt notice (10067) repeats that imitation brands are not purchasable. Plan hauls around original-brand and no-brand finds.
